   I'm trying to find a way to replace the generic 'e' icons that are on my start up screen for the websites I have moved there.  I have them labelled for each site but would like the icons for each one.  have read in the questions about how to do it but all seem to be from 2011 and not making sense to my getting old mind.  any help?  easy way for my mind to understand it?
