重复付费即付即用 [英] Duplicate Pay-as-you-go

I had 'pay-as-you-go'. I deleted it so not its in 'Disabled' state. Then i created another 'pay-as-you-go'. But i am not able to select newly created subscription while creation IoT hub. Can i have as many as  'pay-as-you-go'. subscriptions?

您签了吗？两个订阅使用相同的电子邮件ID？如果是这种情况，您必须在门户的右上角有选项才能切换目录。 

Have you signed up both the subscriptions using same email id ? If that is the case you must have option on the top right corner of the portal to switch the directory.
