My son bought me Office pro 2016 and Visio Pro 2016, I cannot load visio due to conflict with office. I spent 5 hours with support and they finally said I have to buy a $500 support package to get assistance. Unfortunately, when the MS techs were helping me, they uninstalled visio 2010 and office 2010, I now have office but no Visio. The only solution is to wipe out office and put in Visio.
