Hi Noud,

What's your detailed Visio 2016 bit version, 32 bit or 64bit? You can click File > Account > About Visio to check it.

Please make sure you are installed the same bit version for WBS Modeler add-in and Visio 2016 application. Also go to Control Panel > Default Programs to set the Visio 2016 as the default program on Windows.

Then try to install WBS Modeler add-in again on Windows.
