For Visio Trial version, there is no locally installed version opposed to Office 365 version available for your download and install.

The Windows Installer based MSI version of Visio Standard 2016 can be purchased from Volume License Center: https://www.microsoft.com/Licensing/servicecenter/Help/Contact.aspx

Currently, you can try the Visio Pro for Office 365 version via: https://products.office.com/en-gb/visio/visio-professional-free-trial-flowchart-software
