Hello,

I am looking for some recommendations for installing my 25 character Product Key that came with a new college textbook I purchased.  At this time, the 25 digit code is invalid.  I have ever reason to believe this code should be good as it came with my shrink wrapped textbook.  I called Microsoft tech support and they were unable to assist in getting the code to work.  Is there something I am missing here?  I am currently trying to load the code at the link http://downloadoffice.getmicrosoftkey.com.

I would like to know where did you purchased the Visio Professional 2016 product and how you get the product key. Did you buy the product from any third-party company?

Please install Visio Professional 2016 on your computer, then try to use your product key for activation. Is there any error when activation? Please share the details about your current scenario for more troubleshooting.

Another thing I want to reminder is that if you are using one-time purchased Visio Professional 2016, it can only be used on one PC for activation. You cannot use it on two different computers. If I misunderstand anything about your issue, please feel free to point it out.
