In previous versions of Visio, I was able to export and create PDF/XPS Documents.  The links were convert in PDF and were all clickable.

Now, I am having a couple of issues on this build?  When I convert to PDF it only shows 2/3 of the Visio file.  When I create Adobe PDF file it does look the same as in the past, but the links are asking to open the vsdx file where before it just was embedded into the PDF file.

Any help would be appreciated, as it looks like the functionality of PDF has changed and I am not able to reproduce what I was used to.

I tried to export the Visio drawing to PDF with following scenario, there is no issue with the links in PDF:

The exported PDF file can work fine with the links in both scenario. I suggest you can update your Visio Professional to the latest version to have a try: Click File > Account > Update Options > Update Now.
