I have installed TFS15 Rc2 update as a trial version and SQL server trial version to support TFS installation. I would like to upgrade TFS 15 with the product key but I could not locate the product key under subscription downloads . Where can I get the product key for TFS 15 RC2 update 2 and SQL server standard to upgrade trial versions? I am an active MSDN subscriber.
