we downloaded from MSDN Subscription Visio 2016 ISO image. The download was successfull and we were able to burn the ISO on a DVD.

On our pc we have Office 365 installed with all base software. We tried to install the software but we received an error message: unable to uninstall software. We tried to install 32-bit version of Visio and we received another alert that install cannot continue for the presence of a x64 based version of Office.

We restarted the pc and tried again with the same result, also in admin mode.

请注意我们能够在同一台PC上安装Visio 2013没有问题。

Please note that we were able to install Visio 2013 without problem on the same pc.

For your Office 365 applications, please confirm if you are using 64 bit Office. In Word, click File > Account > About Word to check the detailed version number and bit information. Please make sure all versions of Office are either 32-bit or 64-bit. You can’t have a mix of both.
