Hello, I tried to scale down my HDInsight cluster, but the service got stuck on "Applying changes..." (it is alredy 20 hours in this stage). I am unable to do anything with it. I cannot rescale, I cannot delete it. I tried to delete it also thru powershell, but when I use Get-AzureRmHDInsightCluster cmdlet, I get empty list, and it looks like there is no cluster in my subscription, while I know there is and I see it in management portal. When I use Remove-AzureRmHDInsightCluster and provide cluster name, I get notification that cluster with such name does not exist (I do provide correct name). Clearly, this is Azure bug, but as I do not have paid support plan, I am unable to connect with technician, who would help me. Besides, this non working cluster is consuming my credits.
