This is insufficient information. VS had an issue with one of the extensions you have installed. Open the given ActivityLog file in IE or another XML browser and you can see which one is failing. Disable the extension and the issue should be resolved. It could be a bug in the extension or something else. Sometimes reinstalling the extension will resolve it. Otherwise there is nothing you can do about it.
