Hi all,

MI have created a Machine Learning Service Workspace in Azure and everything worked fine for two days. But when I stopped my VM yersterday evening, I got the message: Stop failed. I also tried to create a new one, which gave me the message Create failed. I repeated that procedure in a different resource group and still could not create a new VM notebook.

It looks like you are using Azure free trial which has a free limit of 4 cores and if you are already using some cores prior to this experiment and requesting more than 4 for this experiment this error would be shown.

You can upgrade your subscription to a Pay-As-You-Go subscription and try again.
