I have BHM4.0 and BHM4.2 Installed on the BizTalk Server 2016 server  windows server 2016.

But the tasks in deletion/View/Manage list is blank.  How do we populate this list.

This is a known bug with BizTalk 2016. But fix is rolled out in the same version.

You can upgrade the tool by clicking on update from the options in the existing application. Please let me know if it doesn't work even after upgrading.
