Coming from an on-prem data center, moving to Azure, I have questions about how to access and move backups, as must be done now and then. Most of us need to be able to move a backup from one place to another for various reasons, including the need to copy a DB to another environment, provide a copy of the DB to a third party for a variety of reasons, etc.
