I often get the error when I run the package in ssis.

Check the username and password. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8000401A).). The Execute method must succeed, and indicate the result using an "out" parameter.  End Error  DTExec: The package execution returned DTSER_FAILURE (1).  Started:  2:00:00 AM  Finished: 2:00:03 AM  Elapsed:  2.87 seconds.  The package execution failed.  The step failed.
