Hello, I'm trying to register my HTC Windows Phone 8S by HTC to a developer account with registration tool. But i get error "Error communicating with the developer portal.  Please set the correct date and time on the phone, check the Internet connection and try again later. (errorcode 0x064)"

For me, I already had 3 devices on my account, and therefore couldn't register a 4th. Of course the error message I got in no way identified that as the problem, so don't assume that your phone's time or internet connectivity is anything to do with your issue.
