Hello! I'm a student developer. I am all registered as a developer and everything and have downloaded the WP7 SDK, but for some reason I don't have the phone registration tool, so I can't test my actual applications on my test phone. I tried following the guide and it says it should be in C:/program files/Microsoft SDK's/Windows Phone/7.1/tools Or something like that, but the only program in that folder is WP7connect

There should be 6 subfolders in Tools. I suggest that uninstall and reinstall the SDK. Also look in the path C:\Program Files (x86) if you have a 64-bit system.
