i have created my website using MVC5 with Premium V2 plan in southeast asia and created the database in same region with premium plan

But when i load the webapp its take 8 to 10 seconds to load the webapp, Please kindly have any solution to fix this issue.

Can you elaborate more on what you're retrieving from the database? Are you using AJAX calls? If so, are they asynchoronous? In looking at the page off hand, it looks like your data is aggregated. Is that aggregation occuring on the client side or on the server side?
