I have 2 applications that are failing and the common test is when they right to disk, the tests work fine in Visual Studio 17.  This leads me to believe that the developers are not quite sure where they are writing to or The Test Agent can't write files.  When tests run on the build server through the test Agent, do they run from the "b\test" directory?  If they have a directory they write to should it be a sub directory of b or a sub directory of b\test?  Another theory I have is that the Test Agent doesn't have Admin rights like I think or does it have to be Run as Admin?
