Hi,

我们希望使用Azure Function / Rest api（首选lang是powershell）实现tfs release gate功能，如下所述。

We wants to implement tfs release gates function using Azure Function/ Rest api (Preferred lang is powershell) for bellow mentioned scenario.

我们在Azure上有多个虚拟机，用于发布。每个VM都有自己的自动关闭策略。

We have Multiple Virtual machines on Azure and used for releases. Every VM have own Auto shut down policy.

有人试图在VM关闭时间1小时之前触发释放并且直到开始VM。

Release need to be prevented by gates when someone tries to trigger release before 1 hr of VM shut down time and till the start of VM.
