Could you please suggest me to get Azure license for SharePoint Online Remote Event Receiver.

按顺序要在SharePoint Online中部署RER的自定义dll，我们已将它们部署在Azure中（在Azure应用程序服务中创建的站点（Web / 移动））。 

In order to deploy the custom dlls of RER in SharePoint Online, we have deployed them in Azure (created site in Azure App service (Web/  Mobile)). 

我创建了RER它将下载pdf文档并提取数据并将其填充到相应的文档库列中。我使用了Item Added事件。这是我的dll的功能，并将它们部署在Azure App服务中。 

I have created RER which will download the pdf document and extract data and populate them in to corresponding document library columns. I have used Item Added event. This is the functionality of my dll and deployed them in Azure App service. 

我计划立即投入生产，因此自定义代码将下载后，Azure许可计划将会有所帮助提取数据的文件，我应该使用高RAM吗？

I have planned to go to production now so which Azure license plan will be helpful since the custom code will download the document to extract the data, Should I go with high RAM?

What do you mean by Azure license plan? Is it the App service size? If so, you can choose one that can be afforded. I cannot figure out which one is fit you. If you feel slow later, you can scale up it.
