I have this problem with sharepoint 2013 event receiver:

I'm trying to use event receiver when a new library (List) is added in a site collection. I want to add two content types programmaticaly to this new added Library. Unfortunatelly the event receiver is not fired. I'm not receiving errors.

firstly, make sure that your event receiver is associated with ( ListAdded ) event Type, this event is firing on list added action , secondly if you already do this, please attach all w3wp process in the debugger to check where's exactly the error occurs.
