Say, there are two groups "A" & "B" in Azure AD belonging to the same client/tenant, how can I restrict all the members of group "A" not to view / access group "B' & vice versa.

There's nothing in Azure AD that enables this. If you are using Exchange Online/Office 365, you can achieve something similar with the GAL segmentation feature: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/exchange/address-books/address-book-policies/address-book-policies
