I´am new here and hope you can help. In IoT central i want to add a new user. But if i give in AD the Username (name@web.de) i get the misstake, that "web.de" is not in this file a verify Domänename.

At this point if you are using azure IoT , I am assuming that you have a valid azure subscription already. An azure Subscription is always associated with a Azure Active directory which can act as a security boundary for resources and have many other features . It can basically act as a user store and provide services like authentication multi factor auth etc. You can access the same once you have logged on to the azure portal using the URL http://aad.portal.azure.com in a new tab or selecting the azure Active directory blade from the left side component list on the azure portal

The UPN suffix you are using is web.de which may not be verified within the azure AD domain and hence you are getting the error. Please go to the following two links to understand more on how to verify the custom domain within your associated directory/tenant .

You would need to create a user within the directory associated with your azure subscription once you have verified the domain. Because unless you verify the domain web.de you would not be able to create a user with UPN suffix web.de like user@web.de .You would need to verify the custom domain web.de within your directory/tenant . Once you have verified the domain , please try creating the user there and that should help .
