Does anyone know if the source code is available for the FTP/SFTP/Transform connectors in Logic apps? We're bumping up against the 100 MB limits on these connectors and the SFTP and Transform connectors do not support chunking.  We really hoping we don't have to reinvent the wheel if possible.

There's been no indication that any of the proprietary source will be released.  Maybe at some point, but certainly not soon enough to help you.
