4 Application installed in PC_C: 3 is Service(S_A connect to DB_A,S_B connect to DB_B,S_C connect to DB_A and DB_B), 1 is application that connect to hardware and DB B

In this matter, I am unable to decide how many license that I need to purchase. What I didn't know:
1. Is it possible to mix Device License and User License. In this matter, I think I need 10 User License for PC_A, and 2 Device License for PC_B and PC_C, is this correct ?
2. Is it correct if my understanding that the services that contain no user and live together with 1 device is calculated as 1 device. In this example: PC_B requires 1 Device License, PC_C requires 1 device License.
3. In the matter of PC_A, there are 2 application, 1 for web, and 1 is windows application. Since the user is the same, we only need 10 license in this case. Is this correct ?
4. If we dont have Web Application, but still have Windows Application it allowed if I choose 3 Device License ? The application can only be open in the computer ?
5. In the core options, If I have 16 core for the SQL Server database, is it correct that I only need to buy 8 module, since 1 module consist of 2 core to use all the CPU. Can we just use 2 module and limit the SQL to only use 4 core ?
6. In the case above, if there are only 5 user, that use those 3 Computers. Can we use 5 User CAL only ?
