Please see my comment to the question. As soon as you are going to "convert" a site to "mobile site", the idea does not deserve any help. You need to design a site in general, not a side for a certain class of devices.

Now, what would I advise? I looked at your site. You see, I think you have certain good drive and maybe a talent for design. Some features are pretty impressive, especially photographs (despite the terrifying look of some of the girls, they really catch attention), but of course not videos (better remove them, at least from top-level pages). …Right now you problems look like the continuation of the your misconception about "converting" the site for mobile devices. There is not enough room for your site on a mobile device? If you think so, you are perfectly right. You major problem is: you don't know how to use space in your design, and what to do with empty space. Your empty space is just shocking. The ugliest thing is your central column where you show everything. I know, this is the usual design, but who told you this "usual design" is acceptable? You background has very interesting average color overall, but your central columns and background together is just killing your site.
