I want to synchronize user's from LDAP to Active directory.

In the last step i get following errors:

- 无法修改只读属性'objectGUID'

- 无法修改只读属性'objectSid'

- Cannot modify read-only attribute 'objectGUID'
- Cannot modify read-only attribute 'objectSid'
- Value for attribute 'objectSid' is larger than the maximum size of 28
