I have a SharePoint 2013 Page, in which the user profile should be in sync with the active directory of the organization.

Please check the below steps performed:

• But to make it activated, it is necessary to activate  some supporting services in the server (FIM service etc)
• Now, to make all the service activated, can lead us to  effect other running services like reporting services/power BI      services/excel services etc.

Since starting the FIM service in the server may cause issues for other reporting services mentioned above, please let me know any alternate way to accomplish the same activity.
