We have the profile sync of user photos from SP to AD active. This works fine the first time, but any update to the photo is not synced.

Even worse, when I change the picture in the AD on the next sync it will be automatically overwritten to the old picture because the metaverse object is still the old photo. This is really troublesome and any help is appreciated.
