Hello everyone
Finally I have Application Insights working correctly in a legacy application ;).

Now I want every time AI catch an exception, create a work item automatically in Azure DevOps. I've read in many places that it is possible, but I can not find any place to explain how.

How can I do this?

The DevOps documentation in Application Insights unfortunately doesn't mention much in the way of a solution here, but you can absolutely create work items from Failures using Application Insights (although unfortunately automatically creating work items has not been implemented and is still in the backlog).  The following blog provides great step by steps on how to do this:

Summarized steps:

• Navigate to your Application Insights resource
• Click on Failures (under Investigate) to list exceptions
• Click on an exception to get to the End-to-end transaction details page
• Click on +Create work item in the upper right and complete the wizard
