I'm having an issue with one of my document library which has 128k items in it. When i'm trying to export to excel, i cannot do it. It throws an error data cannot be exported.

The default threshold for any SharePoint list/document library is 5000 items, you're very far away from that.
Could it be possible for you to split the library into smaller libraries for the purpose of the export?
