Hello Team
we are having an issue with one of our VM hosted on your platform.
From portal it is showing the VM in running State but no services are working.
We can not access via ssh, https and https not accessible as well.
The log from the portal shows what's highlighted on the screenshot.
I have followed a forum and
- the VM is not part of any security group,
no changes was performed on the OS side but is get the warning highlight on "Resource Health Tab"
Proper endpoint are well configured and it in place particular services
the VM is running under Linux, endpoint for ssh, http https and other services are well configure and well shown from the portal, that they are in place
There is one Maintenance event about migration of hardware, but this was not plan by us as you can see on the pictures. No more details about this activity.
We have restarted the vm and try to access : no success
we have shut it down and start it again to access : no success
When am sending this request it been 3 to 4 hours downtime now.

any idea how to recover access ?

The most important thing is what you see when you check the boot diagnostics. That way you can see if there are any error messages if the VM is not able to boot properly.
Also, what is the error message you get when you try to SSH?
Since you cannot add a screenshot yet we can just rely on text so please share the details of the boot diagnostics and the error message you get when you SSH just by typing it out
