When i open azure notebook, i have an issue when i want to execute or create python,

Could you please let us know if you are using chrome browser while loading the notebook? If Yes, and if there is still an issue could you please try to clear your cache of try to open the notebook in incognito mode and check?

Also, Please load the notebook after signing in and ensure you are connected to Azure from Azure->Connect to Azure.
