Actually we have created one windows form application in .net 4.7 and built in Any CPU mode. So, if its running in 64 bit OS. It will run as 64 bit application.

This is OS and hardware dependent. On modern systems your process can use as much as 128TB of RAM but don't count on that limit. Old programs thought the upper limit was 8 TB and you don't to share their surprise.
