I have Linux VM, related network and storage configuration. Moving resource with Azure Portal seems to be challenging.

Do you have a managed disk for this Linux VM?

如果是，那么你可以拍摄快照并复制到其他订阅并构建一个新的VM of it 

If yes, then you can take snapshot and copy to other subscription and build a new VM out of it 

如果不是，那么您可以复制操作系统VHD并将其移至其他订阅，然后从中创建虚拟机

If no, then you can copy the OS VHD and move it to other subscription and then create VM out of it
