Hi,

I have trawled through article about this topic from the past but I cannot find anything recent on this. 

We have a number of teams which have deployed outside of the region which we should using. Rebuild is one way to move the resources to the correct region, however has Azure got a more sophisticated way of just picking up the resources and then moving them to a different region. 

I can see RG can be moved but that does not move the resources within. The scope of the move is around 5000 resources not in the region they should be. A lot of these we created before Azure Policies was released.

Can you list all your resource type which you need to move to another region?

Also not all resource type support movement of regions. For Virtual Machines, you can use below doc to migrate:
