我想将vm从客户A的租户A移动到第二个租户B客户B（不同的租户客户和订阅），同时保留vm配置还有公共IP，我该如何实现呢？

I would like to move a vm from tenant A of customer A to a second tenant B customer B (different tenant customer and subscription) while mantaining the vm configurations and also the public ip, how can I achieve this?

Hi, 

您可以通过推广VM来继续创建VM的映像。发布您可以将VHD从存储帐户复制到目标客户订阅。 

You can go ahead and create an image of your VM by generalizing the VM. Post that you can copy the VHD from your storage account to the destination customer subscription.

基本SKU可以移动公共IP地址。请务必保留IP地址。 

Basic SKU Public IP address can be moved. Make sure you reserve the IP address.
