There is a very common scenario to export data from SAP Business Warehouse using Azure Data Factory: Copy data from SAP Business Warehouse using Azure Data Factory (link).

From there, you can move the data into Azure SQL Data Warehouse or Azure SQL Database. Both will require some level of ETL (ELT in the case of Azure SQL Database - link).
