I cannot build the installation project due to one of the DLL's is not compatible with the Installer.  I contacted the manufacturer and they agreed it was a problem.  I was directed to use a different installer project, Wix or ISLE.  Is there way to force the Installer to include/exclude the file without trying to analyze its dependencies?  Here is the error message:
