So, while installing on Surface Book , I got blue screen.
after rebooting the machine, when I re-tried to install, I got following error messages on start;
A product matching the following parameters cannot be found:
channelId: VisualStudio.15.Release
productId: Microsoft.VisualStudio.Product.Enterprise
and gave me "Sorry , Installation filed"
I did tried followings since machine had interrupted with blue screen;
1. uninstalled reaming files
2. cleaned the registry with regedit
3. rebooted the machine.
4. deleted "installation/ bootstrap" files
so far, its give me same result.

For this issue, please try with following steps to troubleshoot:
1. Try to delete the following installed folders:
%ProgramData%\Microsoft\VisualStudio and delete the ‘Packages’ folder and ‘Setup’
%ProgramFiles(x86)%\Microsoft Visual Studio) and delete the folder ‘2017’
2. Use Visual Studio Uninstaller for several times to do a clean uninstallation.
3. Run Fix it tool to fix problems that block programs from being installed or removed.
After that, make sure windows update is up-to-date, clean up the %temp% folder and temporarily disable any antivirus software, reboot the computer and re-run the VS 2017 RTM installer as administrator again.
