Why im unable to run VMware workstation inside Azure VM? MY Azure VM is windows 2016 datacentre.

My Azure VM specs is Standard E4s v3 (4 vcpus, 32 GB memory)

Whenver i try to power on a VM inside VMware workstation i receive below error.

"VMware Workstation and Hyper-V are not compatible. Remove the Hyper-V role from the system before running VMware Workstation."

I have tried all the resolutions found in other forums like disable hyper v and device guard/credential guard.

But none of it works for me.

Appreciate if anyone can resolve this issue.
