Lately I've been experiencing some weird issues with my Visual Studio installer. When I open a Visual studio installer (vs_community__28222762.1552505784) the Visual Studio icon pops up for a fraction of a second and then disappears instantly. Starting the Installer as an administrator didn't solve the problem either.and i have given new windows 10 pro.how can i solve this.

Do you have the NODE_OPTIONS environment variable set on your computer? If so, you can remove it temporarily and check if the issue persists,
