Any idea why i can't update IP Restrictions using below. I don't see an option to make a put request https://management.azure.com/subscriptions/subscription … ID/resourceGroups/resource groups/providers/Microsoft.Web/sites/web app name/config/web?api-version=2018-02-01

I don't see an option to make put request and can't see edit option.

I have appropriate permission on Azure side to perform this.

Is there a specific error message you're getting? Have you tried adding IP restrictions through the Azure portal?
