We patched on on-site TFS 2018 to Version 16.131.28601.4 in preparation for a migration to VSTS. However, the Test Manager extension has stopped working. When I click Test Manager in Extensions it takes me to the Marketplace, where a note tells me "

This extension does not support the version of the Server you are currently using. See Works With for supported Server versions."
