I am able to add all the requirements which are defined as "User Story" level in Microsoft Test manager but for "Feature" level requirement not.

I checked and observed in "Feature" tab 'Test case' was not coming which I got added but this has not resolved the issue.

转到TFS Web Access或Visual Studio。

You could only add the work item from Requirements category in MTM: Product Backlog Item(Scrum), User Story(Agile), Requirement(CMMI), and could not add the work items from Feature Category. If you want to create work item in Feature Category, you should go to TFS Web Access or Visual Studio.
