There  are  5 Providers currently offering a compatible service include:
Duo Security
Entrust Datacard
Ping Identity
RSA
Trusona
My question: if I do not want to use any of above, how to be the provider or how to integrate with my own MFA to Azure AD?  Thank you

It is currently not possible to integrate customer controls to your own MFA service.  There is already a feedback available here. Please Upvote the same so that the product team can consider this feature to be included into their plans.
