I have two server farm, when publish workflow not started automatic when try to run workflow manually getting following error

我已启动检查工作流程服务。请指出问题所在。

i have check workflow services are started. pls guide what is an issue.

不要使用系统帐户启动工作流程，尝试使用其他用户并比较结果。

Don't start workflow with system account, try to use another user and compare the results.

尝试 重启  Service
Bus Gateway  and  服务
公交经理经纪人 服务，n 将
提供给安装工作流管理器的服务器，打开Windows服务，r estart  服务
巴士网关  和  服务
公交经理经纪人 服务。 

Try to restart the Service Bus Gateway and Service Bus Manager Broker services, navigate to the server where you installed workflow manager, open windows services, restart the Service Bus Gateway and Service Bus Manager Broker services. 

尝试回收Workflow Manager应用程序池，并使用cmdlet重新启动WorkflowServiceBackend Service，比较结果。
