I've managed to get strange problem with SharePoint 2013 workflow.

I have document library on SharePoint Online with default document content type.

Additionally I have Site workflow that creates item in this document library

It has single line to create new item and sets two fields Path as test.docx and ContentTypeID = Document

Workflow fires correctly and creates a file in library. when I try to open this file it actually has 0KB size and is absolutely empty.
