I would like to show the size of a storage account on a dashboard.  I pinned the blob capacity metric chart to my dashboard but as soon as you refresh it shows 0.

When you have customized the Dashboard tile to get the Blob capacity metric chart for storage account as shown below. After refreshing the Azure portal, you need to navigate to your Dashboards which you have customized.
